Although located in the very English Wentworth Estate in Surrey, this conservatory was inspired by one in America. During a visit to a friend’s house in the States, the owners saw exactly what they wanted and set about recreating it at home. They were particularly keen on the light and sense of height created by the roof lantern. Despite the brick walls on two sides and tall trees on a third, the conservatory is still a haven of light.

As well as designing the conservatory, Town & Country also undertook additional joinery. Notice that the internal doors match the external ones and that the lines of the fenestration are consistent throughout. Used primarily as a dining area and reading room, the conservatory is the full realisation of the owners’ original thoughts many thousands of miles away.

Our price to further design, manufacture, deliver and install a similar conservatory today, is approximately 66,800.00, excluding Vat and associated preparatory and finishing building works.
