In 1994, USA entrepreneur Jim Licata chose Town and Country from less than a handful of English bespoke manufacturers, to work with him in developing a North American market. Now with his own established design team, the association continues and Town and Country Chicago office has generated some of the most exciting and accomplished buildings to leave the Norfolk factory.

While perhaps not to English tastes, our American relationship allows us to build some highly individual buildings, many of which are extremely complex in design, not to mention grand in scale; as planning is not so much of a consideration we can let our imagination run wild! Our experience state-side enables us to develop highly specialised skills that we can input into UK projects for the benefit of every customer.
