Gallery: Contemporary

While much of our work is traditional because we design to our client’s requirements, we also build contemporary projects. Town and Country's work is completely bespoke so if you want it, we can build it, it is simply a question of design.

Contemporary projects have certain elements in common; large expanses of glass, less joinery and more modern features such as bi-folding doors which are becoming increasingly popular.

If you are thinking about a contemporary project, then planning will need careful consideration particularly if you have a period property, and of course listed buildings and those in conservation areas will need special consideration. Of course, new builds and more recently built properties offer exciting opportunities to do something contemporary and you will find some examples above.
