Customer confirms order: payment of 1st invoice received (first 15%)
Project Manager / Surveyor visits property to carry out initial site survey
Full detailed production drawings produced
Production drawings sent to client for approval
Customer approves production drawings: payment of 2nd invoice received (45%)
Post-contract proceedure Weeks 6-12
Manufacture of conservatory begins in the Norfolk workshops
Project Manager liaises with customer’s builder
Optional - Client visits Norfolk workshops to view their glass building in production.
Clients visit the design office to discuss blinds and finishes etc. for their glass building
Project Manager continues communication with customer’s builder
Conservatory primed and undercoated to receive finish on site
Post-contract proceedure Weeks 13-15 depending on the size of the project
Payment of 3rd invoice received (35%): Town and Country delivers conservatory components to site
Town and Country commence installation
Project Manger visits site to oversee installation
T&C; installation complete: payment of 4th invoice received (5%)
Conservatory is finished and ready to receive its final paint finish

Planning Application with drawings can be submitted by Town and Country if required.
Planning procedure will add approximately 8/9 weeks to the post-contract phase.
